What is Bay’ah?
Bay’ah is a sacred pledge of commitment taken at the hands of a qualified spiritual guide, marking the beginning of a seeker’s journey on the path of Sulook. It is a commitment to self-purification, sincerity, and striving toward closeness to Allah through guidance, discipline, and consistency.
Through Bay’ah, the seeker enters an authentic Silsilah and begins a structured path of spiritual development supported by dhikr and tarbiyah.
How to Join the Silsilah
Those who wish to enter the Silsilah may take Bay’ah through one of the following ways:
- In-Person – Attend weekly or monthly gatherings and take Bay’ah directly at the hands of Dr. Muhammad Amir Tariqi [D.B.A.]
- Live Online – Join during scheduled sessions via YouTube transmission
These methods ensure accessibility while maintaining proper guidance and connection for seekers in different locations.
Membership (Shajrah Ma’rifat Community)
Membership is a separate step designed to provide structure, access, and continued support after Bay’ah.
Members of Shajrah Ma’rifat receive:
